(2) Timing: did you call it early, before the coach acted? (3) Impact: did your decision lead to a positive match outcome like a goal or clean sheet? Points are added in real-time as match events happen.

Yes — GAFFER is a live match experience. Decisions are time-stamped against real match events, so coaching in real-time is what earns you timing bonuses and full GP. The match report is available after full-time if you want to review your session.

How is GAFFER different from Fantasy Premier League?

FPL is a week-long roster management game. GAFFER is a live, in-match coaching experience. You make decisions during the 90 minutes, in real time. Instead of picking a squad before the week, you decide who gets subbed at 67', what formation to switch to at half-time, and whether to push for a winner while the game is live. It's second-screen football, not weekly fantasy.
